Does Votel have a power dialer for calling my contacts?

Yes. Votel has a built-in web phone and a power dialer for outbound calling by a person on your team.

  1. In your contacts in the CRM, select the contacts you want to call.
  2. Use the bulk action to call them and click Start calling.
  3. The dialer calls each contact one at a time, back to back, through the built-in web phone in your browser.

When a call reaches a voicemail machine, one click drops your prerecorded voicemail in the background and the dialer moves on to the next call. You record the voicemail for the voice drop in advance, and you can also send an email.

The web phone includes custom hold music, custom greetings, automatic gain control, echo cancellation and background noise removal.

You need a Votel phone number to call from. You can buy one in your account and choose an area code or a toll-free number. A number can also be set as the caller ID for call transfers.

AI outbound calling is separate from the power dialer: there, the AI agent makes the calls itself.
